Lothlorien is a Romantic Luxury Couples retreat in the heart of the Victorian High Country in Tawonga South, a short drive to the ski fields of Falls Creek. The barn maintains the beautiful rustic exterior and a modern interior. One full size loft bedroom with queen size bed and work space . A fully equipped kitchen and cosy lounge area which can serve as a second sleeping area to accommodate two people with a Murphy Bed, hidden by day and turns into a comfy queen size bed at night.

The space

Personal work space, split system air conditioner.
TV in lounge and loft bedroom, undercover parking at your door, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven and stove top. Tea and coffee making facilities. Locally produced breakfast condiments. Locally produced wine on arrival. BBQ, and woodfire pizza oven. All linen, towels and nappery supplied, bathrobes, slippers, laundry service available, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hangers, electric blankets, smoke detectors, ceiling fan, toilet paper, soap, paper towel etc. Observatory with Meade telescope, giant chessboard and one acre of magnificent garden. Although Lothlorien was created as a romantic couples retreat, we can accommodate two children with folding beds erected in the main loft bedroom.

Guest access

Feel free to wander through the garden, pick fruit from the orchard, enjoy a game of chess or gaze at the stars in the observatory.
