Kim lives and breathes real estate. It’s in her blood.
After moving here at the age of 14 with her father who was an avid investor in the development of Mount Beauty, she schooled and raised her children locally and was inspired to establish Alpine Valley Real Estate in 2001. For over 25 years she has lived in and advocated for this beautiful part of the world helping visitors find their perfect mountain retreat, and locals and investors to buy and sell their properties. With over 25 years experience and 600 sales to her name you can depend on Kim to make the process easier than you ever imagined.
Real Estate is her all-consuming passion and she is committed to providing, knowledgeable, honest and trusted advice to every client to ensure the best outcome is achieved on every occasion.
